01. Yatawatta Weera Parakrama National School and the Divisional Secretariat jointly organized a Pindapatha trip on Friday, the 26th of the month. Activities have been planned to start from the regional secretariat office and proceed to Yatawatta Weera Parakrama National School from 9:00 AM. Sixty respected Lords of Yatawatta Sasanarakshaka Mla are going to participate in this.

02. An awareness program on innovation in the public sector for the officers of Yatawatta Pradeshiya Sabha will be held on May 18, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the Pradeshiya Sabha Auditorium. The program's resource contribution is provided by the Regional Secretariat Productivity Division.

03. The productivity audit of Yatawatta Divisional Secretariat will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 noon. The audit program will be conducted by the Matale District Productivity Development Officers, and the Divisional Secretary has informed all departments to prepare for it at the circle level.

13. An awareness program on conflict management and mediation for preschool teachers will be held on May 18, 2023, at 1:00 PM in the auditorium of the Divisional Secretariat. The program is organized with the resources of the Mediation Development Officer and the coordination of the Early Childhood Officer.
